What’s the role?

In this position, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team focused on building robust, scalable data solutions that empower real business decisions. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing the technical foundations — pipelines, architectures (including Lakehouse paradigms),automations, and integrations — that make our analytical products possible. We leverage modern platforms like Databricks to enable scalable, collaborative, and cost-efficient data processing.

In practice, you'll be the bridge between raw data and powerful insights, ensuring the right data is available, trustworthy, and performant to generate real-world impact.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Design and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines that integrate diverse sources (APIs, relational databases, streaming data, etc.).
• Work with tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Airflow, among others
• Leverage modern data platforms like Databricks to build scalable pipelines and implement Lakehouse architectures.
• Work in multidisciplinary project teams along with other LTPeers that are skilled in data science and business
• Contribute to data architecture decisions and help design reusable data products
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve thequality, performance, and reliability of data pipelines.
• Present technical solutions in a clear and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Share best practices, explore new technologies, and participate in internal R&D initiatives.

Who are you?

• Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in data engineering or backend development.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with SQL or Java.
• Experience with tools such as PySpark, Pandas, Airflow or similar.
• Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and team spirit.
• Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• A proactive attitude and a hunger to keep learning.
