Resolving integrity concerns & whistleblower protection

At LTPlabs, we are committed to fostering a culture of integrity, openness, and responsibility. We always encourage our employees and all other stakeholders to proactively come forward with their concerns. Speaking up is essential to strengthening trust and accountability across our organization.

Our Whistleblower Policy and grievance mechanism are open to everyone whether you are an employee, business partner, client, candidate, or any other party connected to LTPlabs. This framework provides a secure and confidential way to raise and discuss concerns, report misconduct, or highlight any behavior that conflicts with our values, our Code of Ethics, or applicable regulations.

You can submit a concern through any of the following channels:

  • By post, addressed to “Ethics Committee” with “Do not open” clearly marked on the envelope
  • By requesting a face-to-face meeting via hr@ltplabs.com
  • Through our online grievance mechanism:

Access to submitted information is strictly limited to authorized members of the Ethics Committee. If a committee member is involved in the concern, a neutral member of the Leadership Committee will take responsibility for the case. The identity of the complainant, and any information that could reveal it, will remain confidential throughout the process.

LTPlabs guarantees that no retaliation—direct or indirect—will occur against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Any attempt to intimidate, harass, or penalize a whistleblower is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action. We are fully committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment where concerns can be raised freely, responsibly, and securely.
