Quality Assurance Engineer

What’s the role?

As a QA Engineer at LTP, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our analytical solutions and software products. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing test plans, validating features, and creating automation frameworks that support the scalability and robustness of our solutions.

Working closely with engineers, data scientists, and business experts, you’ll help guarantee that everything we build not only works but works well — delivering impact to our clients across industries like retail, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Own the testing and validation of features, functionality, and performance.
• Design detailed test plans and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Build and maintain automation scripts to ensure scalable and repeatable testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and improvements.
• Monitor, track, and report on defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to Agile team processes and knowledge sharing.
• Research and adopt new tools, frameworks, and testing best practices.

Who are you?

• 1+ years of experience in QA roles (manual and automated testing)
• Strong programming or scripting skills (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Familiarity with backend testing (Pytest)
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API testing tools
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to manage and standardize processes

Bonus points if you have experience with: cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
