What is the position about?
In this position, you’ll be able to integrate a team that is building the next-gen product to deliver analytical solutions to clients across several types of industries/sectors and you’ll have the crucial of packing our solutions. What will you be doing in your day-to-day?
- Create and maintain the infrastructure, GitLab repositoryand pipelines for development and deployment.
- Support quick and effective incident resolution and create procedures to prevent them.
- Explore issues using our observability stack and implement alerts to prevent issues from happening.
- Help projects in managing the complete lifecycle of the application from the architecture to design, development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with project/product teams and clients to understand and help define project goals and requirements.
- Write and maintain documentation.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet sprint deadlines and deliver high-quality software solutions within an agile methodology.

Who are you?
- Graduated in computer science, informatics, and relatedfields.
- Have at least two years of experience in similar positions (preferably).
- Experienced in support directed to site reliability engineering.
- Proficient with our technology stack (or at least with part of it and with a strong willingness to learn).
- Knowledge of networks, infrastructure and IT security principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both inPortuguese and English.
- Very agile in problem-solving and with a focus on proactively solving (unseen) problems.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative projects.
- Curious and with a growth mindset who loves to new challenges and to learn new skills, techniques and methodologies.
