Retail Operations in the omni-channel age

More than 60 retail researchers from around the globe gathered to share different studies on the 3rd EURO Working Group Meeting, last May at Eindhoven.


The purpose of this annual meeting is to advance the development and application of Operations Research (OR) methods, techniques and tools in the field of Retail Operations, offering the international retail community the opportunity to present state-of-art developments and to discuss current challenges in retail operations.


This year’s theme was “Retail Operations in the omni-channel age” and our consultants Paulo Pereira and Horácio Neri were there to present their latest project results about Driving Customer Value Through Operations.
